Terms and Conditions of Use maga55 Platform

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing the maga55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Maga55 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Not residing in a region or country where online betting and gambling activities are prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Has never been suspended or banned by maga55 previously due to fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.
• Registering under your own name and not under duress, deception, or as an agent of a third party.

Maga55 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance will be subject to further review.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the maga55 platform at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment details is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active phone number, and a valid email address. The information provided will be used for identity verification (KYC) purposes and official communications from maga55.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to maga55.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any form of automation to register or use the platform is strictly prohibited.

Maga55 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Maga55 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set for each payment method and your account tier.
• Funds deposited into your maga55 account are strictly for entertainment and wagering purposes.
• Maga55 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts not registered under the user's name.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation.

Maga55 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial information during transaction processing. No card or bank account details are stored on maga55 servers.

Withdrawals from your maga55 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification required completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit within 30 minutes for standard cases.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 in a single day require additional verification and may take up to 24 business hours to process.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or eWallet registered under the same verified user's name. Transfers to third parties are not allowed.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Maga55 reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks before approving any withdrawal. In cases requiring further investigation, processing times may be longer than usual and you will be notified via email or live chat.

Maga55 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special offers tied to major sporting events. Each bonus has its own terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements rollover (turnover) as specifically stated in each promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Using bonuses to place opposing bets (arbitrage betting) in order to meet rollover requirements is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.
• Maga55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts or identity fraud will be voided immediately.
• Bonus value that has not met the rollover requirements will not be counted as withdrawable funds.

Users of the maga55 platform are required to act responsibly, honestly, and in a manner that does not negatively affect the experience of other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maga55 platform:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity using the maga55 platform.
• Sharing accounts, transferring funds between accounts, or using another person's account for betting.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised financial gain.
• Spreading false or misleading information about maga55 to other users.

Maga55 monitors all activity on the platform on a continuous basis. Any violations will be acted upon accordingly, including immediate suspension, permanent account termination, and — where necessary — legal action.

You may close your maga55 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, ensure all eligible fund balances have been withdrawn.

Maga55 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification failed or false information was detected during the KYC process.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Maga55 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs without interruption, maga55 cannot guarantee platform availability at all times due to technical factors beyond our control.

• Maga55 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical delays, or unintentional system errors.
• Any bets placed during a system outage may be voided and funds returned to the user's account.
• Maga55 is not responsible for any losses arising from wagering decisions made by the user themselves.
• Maga55's maximum liability to any user at any time shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the preceding 30 days.

Maga55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

Maga55 will endeavour to notify active users of major changes via in-app notifications or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amended terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the maga55 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and maga55.

If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Use of the maga55 platform is at the user's own risk. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
